Overview
Drive Ease is a B2C platform offering on-demand, professional driver services for individuals who prefer not to drive their own vehicles, whether due to alcohol consumption, senior age, medical needs, or convenience. This case study highlights the end-to-end UX/UI process undertaken to create a safe, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for users across urban India.
Project Objective
To design a seamless, trustworthy digital solution that connects users with verified drivers for their personal vehicles—ensuring safety, ease of booking, and peace of mind. The focus was to minimize user friction and address key pain points like late-night availability, cost clarity, and trust.
